for the current year. As always we have tried to keep costs
down and these new services are available to you at a fraction
of the cost of some national competitors.
New ideas are constantly being considered - for example,

24 hours a day telephone support included?

Emergency Contact Number – available
to all your clients.
Are you working two jobs or attending a college course?
Would you like to offer emergency telephone support
to customers on a 24/7 basis?
This is a telephone contact number you can give to customers
in addition to your normal contact numbers. We are in partnership
with Fasthost and the service will be manned by their technicians
24/7, but will be delivered as ‘EasyPublish Hotline
Support’. So, when you are busy with another client,
on holiday or socialising etc., they will have someone to
talk to, to help solve their problems.
All your customers will need when calling the Hot Line
service is their web address details, and a qualified technician
will try to sort out their problem. This could save you
lots of time (and vastly improve the level of customer service
you can offer), especially if it’s just a server down/updating
type issue which is causing FTP and email problems. The
number will cost clients £XXX per minute, so we would
expect you to advise clients to use sparingly – however
this will be their choice and charges will be made directly
to their phone bill.
